About us

In the dynamic Year of the Dragon, 2024, Dr. David Leung brought his vision to life with the founding of the school. A seasoned university lecturer with a wealth of knowledge, Dr. Leung holds a PhD and MSc in Science and Technology Studies from the University of Edinburgh, and an MBA from Durham University. His journey, however, began far beyond the academic world. Before entering academia, he qualified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA), gaining invaluable experience across diverse industries—ranging from printing and property management to financial services, biotechnology, and tourism. With such a rich and varied background, Dr. Leung's expertise fuels the school's mission to inspire the next generation of thinkers and innovators.
